7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item:

• Includes all original packaging and labels
• Has not been customized or modified

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used, damaged, or installed products
• Lubricants, tools, and perishables

7.3 Process

To initiate a return, contact us at info@bike-parts.cc. Returns must be mailed back to our warehouse at your own cost unless the item was sent in error or is defective.

7.4 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

• All products sold are covered by manufacturer warranties (if applicable). Where the product is sold with a manufacturer's warranty, it will be clearly stated on the product page on our website.
• Bikeparts.cc is not responsible for maintaining or servicing the warranty of any product. If your product comes with warranty and is damaged during the manufacturer warranty period, you will be directed to the appropriate service centre or manufacturer.
• We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Use of our Site and services is at your own risk.

9. Promotions, Vouchers & Loyalty Programs

• Vouchers, promo codes, and credits are non-transferable and may only be used once unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to cancel promotions or change conditions at any time.
