Shipping, Returns, and Warranty Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within Singapore)

We currently ship all orders within Singapore using SingPost or Ninja Van (courier service). We are working closely with our partners, including SingPost and Ninja Van, to continually improve delivery times and options.

Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Items in stock are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from dispatch under normal circumstances.
  • Orders received before 1 PM on weekdays are processed for next-day dispatch.
  • Weekend orders are processed and dispatched by the following Tuesday.

Delivery Notifications

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
  • Couriers like Ninja Van will also notify you via SMS on the day of delivery.

Delays and Peak Periods

We do our utmost to meet our standard delivery times. However, delays during peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales) or unforeseen disruptions may occur. We appreciate your patience.

When No One is Home

If delivery fails, you’ll receive an email to schedule redelivery. If repeated attempts fail, the parcel is returned to us. Redelivery fees apply:

  • S$9.90 for small orders
  • S$30 for large or bulky orders

Products from "Supplier Warehouse"

These require an additional 3–4 business days before dispatch.

Domestic Shipping Rates

  • Orders under S$99: Standard shipping fee of S$9.99.
  • Orders S$99 and above: Free standard shipping (excluding bulky items).
  • Courier Upgrade: Optional S$9.99 upgrade to Speedpost or Ninja Van for faster delivery.

Bulky Items

Shipping for items like bikes, framesets, and wheelsets ranges from S$20–S$100 depending on address.

International Shipping

  • DHL Express for framesets and wheelsets
  • SingPost or FedEx for USA, Canada, South America
  • Ninja Van for Southeast Asia

Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

  • Rates calculated automatically at checkout
  • Times vary by destination; customs delays possible
  • Example: Non-bulky orders to the US via SingPost may take up to 18 working days

Important Note for International Customers

  • Import taxes, customs duties, and local fees are not included
  • These are your responsibility as the customer
  • Delays at customs are outside our control

Returns and Exchanges

How to Start a Return

Email info@bike-parts.cc within 7 days of receiving your order for return authorization.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be new, unused, in original packaging
  • "Final Sale" and "Supplier Warehouse" items are non-returnable
  • Returns after 7 days are accepted with:
    • 15% restocking fee
    • Deduction of original shipping/handling

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Use tracked and insured postage services.

After Receiving Your Return

  • We inspect all returns before approval
  • Refunds are issued as store credits

Special Considerations

  • If your return causes the order total to drop below S$99, a shipping adjustment fee will be deducted (S$9.90–S$20).
  • Promo codes will be prorated
  • Reward points used will be adjusted accordingly

Note: We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order instead.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed
  • You may return the item once received, following our return policy
  • Refused deliveries will incur a S$10 admin/logistics fee

Defective or Faulty Items

What Counts as a Defect?

  • Item does not function as intended
  • Missing parts
  • Major cosmetic damage

How to Report a Defect

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery using your order confirmation or contact form
  • Include photos or videos clearly showing the defect
  • Do not use the item — we may need to inspect it

Evaluation Process

  • Some cases are approved based on submitted media
  • Others may require the item returned for evaluation

If Defect Is Confirmed

  • We’ll arrange a replacement
  • If not possible, store credit will be issued
  • Used items may be processed as a warranty claim

Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • You initially cover the cost
  • If defect is confirmed, we reimburse up to S$9.90
  • If no defect is found, return shipping is not reimbursed

Warranty Support

  • Warranty details are provided on product pages
  • Items must be sent to the authorized service center
  • If deemed defective and irreparable, we issue store credit
